Paddock stands or Pit stands are used to securely suspend the motorcycle for maintenance with both wheels off the ground.
When suspended, the Motorcycle fully is secure and stable allowing for cleaning and maintenance and wheel removal without concern the motorbike will be unstable.
These stands also allows for tyre warmers to be fitted and removed simply and quickly.
Front stands should only be used engaging the rear stand to support the motorcycle.
Lifting and lowering the front or rear wheel assembly is an easy single-handed operation.
KANEG MOTORCYCLE RACE STANDS:
Thank-you for your purchase of our paddock stands, when using our product please note;
You shall need a Torque wrench, Allen key + ring spanner or socket to assemble the stand + lock tight for the stand hook bolts.
Tighten all bolts & nuts; All bolts and screws must be tightened to the following torques:
M8 Screw = 30 Nm
M10 Screw = 45 Nm
M12 Screw = 60 Nm
Before securing the Stand Bolts/Bolts & Nuts, check measure the pickup width to ensure the correct pickup width; then apply a smear of thread lock to the bolts and tighten.
Only use these stands to support a motorcycle on a hard and level surface.
Never use a Front Stand without first having the KANEG rear stand engaged to support the motorcycle.
Do not sit on the motorcycle whilst the bike is supported by any stand.
Monthly check-tighten all bolts and nuts.
PLEASE NOTE: Front paddock stand MUST be used in conjuction with a rear stand in place
